As of March 11, 2022, the PHO has changed the requirements with regards to indoor masking.

We at Serenity Therapeutic Massage have decided that we will keep our current COVID-19 policies in place. This means masks will be required inside Serenity Therapeutic Massage for both staff and patients.

  • If you have an upcoming appointment and are feeling unwell, regardless of severity of symptoms (even if it is a minor cold), please cancel and reschedule to a later date.
  • If anyone in your close contact circle has tested positive, please reschedule your appointment until you know you're not infected
  • Sanitize/wash your hands upon entry.
  • Please wait in the hall until your RMT comes to get you at your appointment time.
  • Contactless payments are encouraged.
  • COVID screening surveys will continue to be required before each appointment
For your ongoing safety the therapists at Serenity Therapeutic Massage will continue
  • Enhanced disinfection after each patient entry and exit.
  • Staggering the arrival of patients as much as possible.
  • Physical distancing at a 2 metre distance in the clinic where possible.
  • Monitoring our health and cancelling appointments if we're experiencing any symptoms of illness.
We appreciate your assistance In keeping the safety of our therapists and patients in mind as we navigate this challenging time.
